Sleeping Rooms are subject to an 11% Puerto Rico Government Tax,
9% Hotel Service Fee, and the San Juan Municipality Occupancy tax
of $5.00 per person, per night.
The recommended food and beverage gratuity in our restaurants and
bars is fifteen percent (15%). Service charge on food and beverage
consumed in banquets is twenty percent (20%). Rooms Service gratuity
is eighteen percent (18%).
Puerto Rico sales tax is 5.5% and San Juan city sales
tax is 1.5%.
