Palio:
With stunning views of San Juan Bay from the hotel's second floor, Palio, the hotel's authentic Tuscan chop house, uses fresh, natural, flavorful ingredients to capture the best of Italian culinary tradition. Among Palio's special menu selections are homemade lasagna, aged goat cheese spread, a bone-in ribeye accompanied with a wild mushroom ragout and a 10 oz. clean cut Angus beef filet mignon.

While taking in the views, guests can also savor some of Palio's specialty drinks, such as the Tuscan Lemoncello Mojito, which adds a delicious Italian twist to one of Puerto Rico's hottest drinks. Putting the perfect end to every meal, Palio has a sweet assortment of desserts and cordials, including homemade tiramisu, cream brulee, Italian grapas, and international port wines.
